4. Constantine I (1868-1923)

The King of Greece, who claimed to be a neutralist, but subtly expressed a pro-German attitude during World War I, caused his abdication under the hands of ex-Western Allies and his Greek opponents in 1917. Not long after he was restored as the King of Greece, he was dismissed again in 1922.
