Prehistoric Animals That We Are Glad Went Extinct

Titanoboa

#25 Titanoboa

Dinosaurs became extinct close to 60 million years ago. Yet, the trouble didn’t end there.

A giant, terrifying-looking snake called the Titanoboa replaced them to be known as the scariest predators on this planet.

The Titanoboa was at least 50 feet long and weighed close to 2,500 pounds!

Simply put, this snake could easily go head to head with a T-Rex and probably put up a great fight.

These massive snakes were known to hunt and kill their prey through constriction.

If you’ve watched the film Anaconda, this raging reptile is definitely not letting you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
