As kids, some of us invent our very own games and rules. And usually, the kid who makes the rules usually ends up beating all others to the game. But as you grow up, things can get a little..ironical.
They sure did for James Naismith, who invented Basketball – the widely-played, widely-loved game – in 1891! Of all the basketball coaches in the history of the University of Kansas, the only won that led his team to defeat was Mr. Naismith himself. That’s gotta hurt.
