20. Nisreen Mansour Al Forgani
Nisreen Mansour Al Forgani was a member of Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi’s all-women militia. While working for this group, she reportedly executed 11 prisoners during the Libyan war.
Al-Forgani is a highly trained sniper and was apparently recruited into the militia by a family friend. Upon her arrest, she pleaded that she was being abused and controlled by the Libyan military officers, which is why she was forced to carry out these crimes.
